Service Team

We are looking to add to our talented Service team:
– Full Time Servers
– Full Time Bartender
– Part Time Host

We are looking for a service team that shares our passion for creating memorable guest experiences, informed by excellent wine and culinary knowledge. We pride ourselves on putting our staff first, you are the most important people that walk through our doors every day. Without your knowledge, passion, and initiative we wouldn’t be able to create guest experiences with sophisticated ease. We work hard, support each other, and have fun.

Requirements:

– Minimum 1 year of relevant serving experience (exception for host)
– Fundamental wine knowledge (exception for host)
– Capable of learning new menu items on a regular basis
– Confident in creating dining experiences tailored to individual guest needs (exception for host)
– Can work well in a team environment, supporting other when required
– Availability on evenings and weekends is preferred

Please note:

We our opening 19 Bistro @ Fitz May 1st, 2021, with our season ending in October.
Training takes place as a team at 19 Bistro @ Fitz April 19 – 22
