Event Overview:
Join us for a captivating evening of fine wine and exquisite dining on August 28, hosted at the renowned Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards. This special wine dinner, a collaboration between the talented teams at 19 Bistro @ Fitz and Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards, is a celebration of the rich terroir and the passionate craftsmanship that make Fitzpatrick the premier sparkling wine house in British Columbia.
Evening Highlights:
- MCs: Gordon Fitzpatrick, President of Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards, and Neil Martens, Owner of 19 Restaurant Group.
- Menu and Pairings by: Executive Chef Geoff Molloy RSC, and Merissa Hucul, WSET ll, Concept + Development Leader, both of 19 Restaurant Group
- Guest Speakers: Sarah Bain, Winemaker and Danielle Graham, Vineyard Manager, both of Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards.
- Entertainment: Joshua Smith will serenade guests with a serene acoustic backdrop, featuring memorable acoustic set during dessert.
The evening will commence in the cellar with oysters on the half shell paired with our finest sparkling wine. As the sun sets, guests will move upstairs to the patio for a tranquil four-course tasting menu, thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Geoff Molloy and his culinary team. Each course is expertly paired with Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards’ sparkling wines, offering a true reflection of the passion and expertise behind our wine and dining experiences.
