Bartender

What we are looking for in a Bartender:

Organized, with good time management skills and work ethic
Capable of communicating and collaborating with peers
Capable of learning quickly in a high paced environment
Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly with guests
Passionate about wine, food, and creating excellent guest experiences

You will be responsible for:

Learning and maintain an excellent knowledge of menu items and restaurant systems
Serving guests at your bar top and a small dining section
Capable of crafting each drink consistently from memory in a timely manor
Attending to a range of guest inquires
Organizing and polishing glassware
Maintaining an environment that is clean, sanitized, and organized
Changing kegs, maintain beverage and prep stock
Preforming opening, closing, and cross over duties

Experience + Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Bartending experience required
Serving It Right required

Line Cook

What we are looking for in a Line Cook:

Organized, with good time management skills and work ethic
Ready to work in a high pace environment
Capable of communicating and collaborating with peers
Able to memorize recipes and consistently prepare them at a high level of satisfaction for our guests

You will be responsible for:

Maintaining knowledge of recipes
Assisting with prep
Cooking on line during lunch and dinner service
Setting up and closing down your station, and assisting others with their station

Experience + Qualifications:

At least 1 year of previous experience in a kitchen
FOODSAFE Level 1 is appreciated

What we are looking for in a Dishwasher:

You will be responsible for:

Cleaning and sorting dirty plateware, cutlery, and cookware
Providing dishes and cookware to line as required during service
Setting up and closing down the dish area, and assisting others with their station

Previous experience is appreciated but not required
