An intimate four-part dining series celebrating 40 years of Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards in the Okanagan Valley. Hosted outside on the Crush Deck overlooking Okanagan Lake, each evening features a multi-course chef’s tasting menu prepared by Chef Geoff Molloy, RSC, and the team at 19 Bistro @ Fitz, thoughtfully paired with featured Fitzpatrick wines and hosted by the Vintner himself, Gordon Fitzpatrick.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Fitzpatrick sparkling wine and a paired canapé-style bite before settling in for an evening of food, wine, storytelling, and celebration.
